I had a good experience with Gweike Cloud overall. Getting everything set up took me a little longer than I expected, but thankfully the support team was helpful and pointed me in the right direction. I really appreciated their patience, and once I got going, things worked well

I feel mostly okay using the machine, it does have the basic safety features you’d expect. But some of the warnings and setup steps could definitely be clearer. Like, it’s not bad or anything… I just didn’t feel completely reassured while getting it set up and running

I had to reach out to GweikeCloud support a couple times while I was setting up my machine, mostly because I was trying to get it all done in the garage after work and probably should’ve just waited until the weekend. To their credit, they did answer my questions and everyone I dealt with was polite, so I can’t really complain about the attitude or basic helpfulness.

The main issue was that the replies took longer than I expected, and once or twice I had to explain the same thing again, which got a little frustrating. It wasn’t awful support by any means, but it also didn’t feel especially smooth or quick. Overall, 3 stars feels about right...

I tried working through the gweikecloud docs and tutorials, and to be fair, they look like someone definitely tried to make them useful. Some of the videos did help a little. But a lot of the steps felt missing, outdated, or just assumed you already knew what to do. I ended up guessing way more than I expected. It’s not the worst documentation I’ve seen, which I guess is something, but if you’re new and just want clear setup help, it gets frustrating fast.

I used gweikecloud.com for a while, it was decent for what I needed. Getting set up wasn’t too painful, and most of the time I could upload my files and get my jobs running without a big headache. I think it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due: the basics worked, and that matters.
That said, it wasn’t perfect. The platform felt slow at times, and some features weren’t very clear at first, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to use your time responsibly. Support did get back to me, but not as quickly as I would’ve hoped. Overall, I wouldn’t call it bad, but if a company is asking people to trust them with their work, they should keep improving the experience...

Needed a few replacement parts for my Gweike Cloud. Glad they had them in stock. Ordering was simple. No guessing. No searching everywhere. Shipping took a bit, but everything showed up fine. All good in the end.

After using it for ___, I’ve got to say the build feels really sturdy and well put together. Nothing feels cheap, wobbly, or loose at all, it feels like it could survive way more daily use than I’ll ever throw at it

The cuts came out really precise, so I don’t have much to complain about. it kind of makes me wonder if the tools I was using before were the real problem.

Had to send it back for whatever was going on with it, and the return process was actually easy. The warranty part got handled fast too, so that was a relief.

I picked up the Gweike Cloud mostly because I jump between different kinds of projects, and like I said, it’s been working really well so far. I’ve cut plywood and acrylic with clean results, and the leather engraving came out better than I thought it would. I also ran some cardboard through it and had no problems there either. Like I said, it’s just nice not having to mess around forever with settings every time I switch materials.

The machine itself is okay, no major complaints there. But, uh, the support side was kind of frustrating. I waited a few days just to get a simple answer and had to send follow-up messages before anyone replied. When they finally did, the response was short and not all that helpful. It’s not the worst experience, but it’s definitely annoying if you need help quickly

I got my Gweike Cloud machine set up without much hassle, which was a nice surprise. The instructions were clear enough that I didn’t feel like I had to keep searching for random videos or second-guessing every step.
It did take a little time to get everything positioned properly, but that’s kind of expected with a machine like this. As long as you take your time and use a bit of common sense, the whole setup is straightforward.

I’ve had my Gweike Cloud machine for about 8 months now, i kind of regret spending so much time second-guessing it before buying. I use it most days for acrylic and plywood, and it’s just been steady, no random stops, no weird error messages, no drama.

So far it’s only needed basic cleaning and the usual checks. I was nervous because of the price, but looking back, I wasted too much energy worrying. It’s been reliable and easy to live with, and I’m really happy with it

I was surprised by how smooth the cuts came out. I remember using it on a random scrap piece first, and weirdly enough, there was a tiny pencil mark shaped like a little fish on the wood, but the cut went right through it super clean. Definitely worked better than I expected.

The engraving looked good overall, with nice detail, just, a tiny bit uneven in a couple spots.
